Sea Breezes - 1 Bedroom Apartment - £200 - £350 per
week
Bookings - Sea Breezes is let on a weekly
basis running Saturday to Saturday. At certain times of the year
shorter lets may be possible. Bed linen and towels are provided .
Deposit Requirements - A non-refundable deposit of
25% (min £25) is required on booking, with the balance 6 weeks prior
to arrival. Cheques made payable to Mr. & Mrs. Hughes-Roberts.
Cancellations - Please advise us as soon as possible
if you have to cancel. If you cancel within four weeks of arrival we
reserve the right to charge the full amount. In order to avoid
charges due to cancellation we suggest you take out insurance.

Arrival - Sea Breezes will be available from 3pm on
the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier or will be
arriving after 7.00pm please contact us.
Departure We ask you to leave Sea Breezes and settle your account by
11.00am on the day of departure.
Parking - Sea Breezes has its own car parking space,
alongside the property.
Dogs - We accept dogs at a cost of £10 each per week.

Smoking - Sea Breezes is strictly a
non-smoking property.
